Professional Goals and :
My goals in the coming years are to work on my classroom community, to provide effective and engaging lesson, and to continue to better myself as an educator. I can do each of these things through working with my PLC team, administration, parents and other staff members, and attending professional development. I would like to stay on top of the current trends and allow those to shine through my lessons and classroom culture. I want my students to know and understand that I believe in each one of them.
